About Coding Little Fingers
Coding Little Fingers has as its main objective to teach children from early, life skills. These include computer keyboarding, piano keyboarding, sign language, and computer coding. Music
will be used as the vehicle for teaching these skills. Our flagship product, computer keyboarding, will be taught through music (song) and practice (intensive oral drills and supporting paper-based exercises). Subject integration underpins the delivery of our computer keyboarding course. We have designed our products to help our target audience to comfortably
engage in autonomous learning. It is our hope that self-regulation will become a natural part of
our children’s development.
Coding Little Fingers will incrementally add content relating to piano keyboarding, sign language and computer coding.
Who is Coding Little Fingers?
Coding Little Fingers is a Corporate Sole Trader that has the goal of training children ages 7 – 12 to become competent at key life skills (computer keyboarding, piano keyboarding, sign language, computer coding). Coding Little Fingers is committed to creating a new generation of individuals with these critical life skills.
Individual Development
Our courses are specially designed for individualized instruction. The courses are modularized to provide the student with an opportunity to develop competence incrementally. Relevant commendations are given as in a face-to-face situation. Students will work at their own pace, repeating practice activities as many times as they would like, until they feel confident about their own competence. Access to the next level module is dependent on the successful completion of the previous module.

I love the QWERTY Keyboard Victory Song. It helped me remember the arrangement of the keys. I learned to type the QWERTY Keys in three days. Aunty Sadie used the song in each of the lessons and that made it easy. Typing helped me especially as I had to do online classes during the pandemic. If I could do it at 9 years old, I believe all children my age can do it too. Aunty Sadie crowned me as the first QWERTY Keyboard Queen. I must let you know though that you have to practice to type correctly every day in order to develop touch typing (typing accurately without looking at the keyboard) skills

Aunty Sadie taught us the QWERTY keyboard Victory Song – we like it very much. I used the song to teach my students while on teaching practice. The class came to life as the students sang – one even danced. Teachers on the outside heard the energy that was brought to the class through the song and remarked that all the subject areas should be put to song. I also used the three-day approach with the song to help two students to improve their typing skills and they loved it. They were able to touch-type after the three days. The three days help you to remember where the keys are but you have to constantly practice for speed to develop.

When Aunt Sadie was training the group to sing the QWERTY Keyboard Victory Song – my grandson who was 3 years old at the time was catching on to it. He seemed to enjoy the music. I believe the song will fix the image of the keyboard in a child’s mind so when the time comes for training, it will be easier. It is important to both learn the song and take the training. I think coding little fingers is a great idea

Aunt Sadie taught us in our course Comprehensive Keyboarding. The keyboarding aspect was done online. The song really helped me to be motivated to learn.I also trained one individual who testified that the training helped to improve her typing skills. She said she anticipate the possibility of teaching others what she learned.

One of our coursework assignments in Comprehensive Keyboarding was to train someone to type using the QWERTY Keyboard Song and the three- day approach. The student I taught testified that although he did not like the drilling at first, when he got used to it, it helped him to be better at typing. He saw the need to touch type.

Aunt Sadie came to our house to teach a 12 year old the QWERTY keyboard. When she started to play the QWERTY Keyboard Victory Song, I just started to dance to the music. It is nice and catchy.
